Mindfulness
Mindfulness literally means to return. Return to what? The present moment, the body, the connection to the earth, and whatever provides a human to establish stability of observing the mind and the world in which we live. Wow, that’s a lot in one factor of enlightenment. If you would like to learn mindfulness to better help yourself engage in the world as a human being, instead of constantly being stuck between thoughts without the space to exist, you have found the proper place to let go and be kind to yourself!
I use nature and the outdoors to take mindfulness back where it belongs, in Nature, which has been the container for humans for millions of years. We do not belong in boxes/cubicles or school classrooms, and it’s showing. I have extensive experience practicing mindfulness meditation with masters of the practice who have guided me to support you and your family to use this practice to gain insight so that it’s easier to process trauma and provides you choice instead of habitual reactivity to the world around you.
Are you ready to put the time into learning how to be in the present moment and then take the next step by establishing new neural pathways by going inward instead of people pleasing, listening to the controlling mind, and the comparing mind. Are you ready to be at ease?
